The Welcome Reception (aka Welcome Party) will be held Thursday May 8th in the Founder’s Room.
The Happy Hour cash bar starts at 5pm and taco bar (advanced reservations required) starts at 6pm.

The Awards Banquet will be held Saturday evening, May 10th in the Founder’s Room.
