Herding is a Most Versatile Malinois event, with points counted from a single run from either the Saturday, May 3rd C Course trial or the Monday, May 5th Trial 1 A Course.

Deborah Pollard
Deborah has been involved with animals most of her life. She was very involved with 4-H & FFA and then went on to train horses.
She started with German Shepherd Dogs as a youngster and that love followed her to adulthood. Her “Tagestraum” line started in 1985 and is now on her 6th generation. Her dogs have also competed in Agility, Tracking, Obedience, Rally, Barn Hunt, Conformation, etc. She began her herding career with GSDs in 1987 and in 1993 became an AKC Herding Judge. She is also an AHBA Judge. She competes in AKC, ASCA and AHBA having earned many titles with many breeds on all courses, all stock. She trains and handles All Herding Breeds for others in all venues.
She owns and breeds Border Collies along with her GSDs. She is now branching out into Border Collie Trials. And her “Darqside” BCs are doing very well in all herding venues as well as other performance events.
Deborah trains people and dogs for herding events at her facility Herding 4 Ewe in Vacaville California.
The facility is home to Vaca Valley Stockdog Club where they host AKC, AHBA and ASCA trials.
